Tom Fulton, owner of Fulton Irrigation, has been our homes association sprinkler contractor since 2007. Years of neglect by the previous contractor were quickly resolved. The helter skelter wiring in the controller(s) was redone and a schematic drawing was created making it easy for me to report sprinkler problems by controller, zone and sprinkler head. Tom works alone and is therefore very familiar with our sprinkler system. Calls for repair are usually returned the same day and repairs done within a few days (or same day in many cases).
